This is part one of many that I will do on food allergies and anaphylaxis in schools. I gloss over a lot of terms and techniques sorry about that, I take for granted what we do on a daily basis. I will dive into it deeper in the coming weeks.

    It is with interest that I watched your TV on Food Allergies. Very good service and I’m sure that lots of parents in the same suituation will find it most helpful.
    A new product to the market designed for those with food allergies or chronic illness - Medi Safe Alert Card. This card immediately alerts paramedics / or emergency personal of a medical condition.
