		<description>I have no idea of florida&#039;s samaritan law , however I would suspect that if you had been epi pen trained by a qualifed professional, ie a nurse, and could prove it, that would be some sort of legal coverage. 
Certainly the charity FAAN would be able to explain this area to you.
If you ever think that you may be called upon to administer an epi pen, it would also be wise to update your first aid training.
As rescusitation may be required.
Its certainly something that all parents should do , esp those who have children with epi pens.</description>
